Working During the Coronavirus Outbreak

The Government has made it clear that construction should continue to operate during the Coronavirus

(Covid-19) pandemic providing that sites can implement the Site Operating Procedures issued by the Construction Industry Council (CLC) COVID-19 task force. This means any contractors still working through the period of lock down will have to practice social distancing of 2 m and increased site hygiene to protect themselves and their fellow workers.

Prior to any work or tasks being commenced a comprehensive enhanced risk assessment will be undertaken which also takes into account the information within the Public Health Guidelines during the pandemic.
